How I began

Nick Austin was born on April 2nd, 1994 in Worcester, Massachusetts and raised in the nearby town of Southbridge, Massachusetts. He comes from a Greek and Scottish background. Austin attended Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School, upon graduating in 2012, he received the “class comedian” superlative, which he credits "led me to pursue a career as an actor". After high school he began to take classes at Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, where he earned his associates degree in general studies during the summer of 2014. Soon after the completion of his degree, Austin had plans to further his education, while pursuing his studies, he worked at Sherwin-Williams. Later he decided to enroll in Nichols College for the 2015 spring semester. He withdrew after the first day of classes and began his journey as an actor.

Austin's career began in Providence, Rhode Island as an unpaid extra on the feature film Bleed for This, an epic biopic about boxer Vinny Paz. The opportunity came to Austin while he was in Providence training students at Providence College with his boxing trainer, when he heard about the film needing extras for a large scene at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. With the bulk of Austin's early work coming from being an extra on films. Upstate New York was the next stop for him where he met a local casting director and acting coach. The then 22-year-old started to find his way into the audition room. Austin booked his first commercial for a regional health insurance company in Hartford, Connecticut. Heavily involved with classes and coaching, in July of 2017 Austin left his job at the paint company and embraced his career as an actor. With experience under his belt, he left home to South Florida. After signing with his agent, he landed his first national commercial in Miami, Florida. Several successful projects and a year down the road, Austin left Florida back to Massachusetts where he fell into a decline. After taking the rest of 2018 off and the entire year of 2019, Austin established himself again in 2020. When Austin was working at the University of Connecticut for UPS as a seasonal helper, he gained his confidence and composure back. The year started off well for Austin with work in New York City and later discovering his way to Dubai for a feature film. In late 2020 Austin booked a series of ads which propelled him into the new year. 2021 started off hot back in FL for him, and carried on into 2022. Forwarding on into the adverse future, his actions are leading him to a multitude of endless endeavors.
